I have told you a lot about myself and I will continue to do so since the objective of this blog is to discuss my professional and personal life in order to share tips and advice with you and to show you that normal life has its good and bad sides.
But I would also like this blog to be an opportunity to share with you my opinion on certain products or services that you may need to use. Obviously, my opinion is purely personal and subjective, but it may be useful to you.er my
You'll think I'm obsessed with diapers because I've talked about them before, but my first product comparison will definitely be about the wonderful world of diapers. This is a super sexy subject! workI am often asked how I manage to manage both my little Luc and my company.
On the one hand, I have a little piece that needs me. Totally dependent on my partner and me, I have to take care of him. Beyond the logistics involved in having a baby, I also want to be there to see him grow and be able to build a strong relationship with him from an early age.
On the other hand, I have my business, my other “baby”. The company I created with desire and determination. I have full-time employees who count on month to have their salary at the end of the month and the invoices of the suppliers who will not wait. I must therefore be perfectly operational to correctly rotate the box.
I am far from perfect and my team will tell you, I am not really an example in terms of organization. And yet I manage to find my rhythm.
It's all me ! A bit like Max, I work and live by feeling. Depending on my inspiration, I have new projects. In my head, it flies at 10,000. I'm hyperactive at work.
On the other hand, organization is not at all my forte. My job, I do it well, I know that. But luckily I have my team to remind me of certain deadlines. I'm more of a messy type. And if I tell you in all transparency, it is also to share with you the reality of life. We're far from perfect, you and me. But perfection is very boring. What matters is the state of mind and the desire to move forward.
Both my team and my wife beg me to hire an assistant to help me with logistics management. It is under consideration. Who knows… more on the next episode.
So how do I get out of this?
Well, it's all about teamwork! At home and at work, I rely on trust.
Because for effective teamwork to take shape, you have to trust others.
At home, it is Svetlana, my partner who frames me. She manages the planning and the family agenda. Unlike me, she is super organized. As a result, thanks to her, it is impossible to miss an appointment with the pediatrician.
She has always supported me in my projects and I am extremely grateful to her.
At work, she is also my right arm. She taught me certain organizational and project management processes so that nothing was forgotten. She's a bit like WonderWoman! She has her job on her side, her role as a mother and a position in our company. She has a triple hat and yet has no organizational concerns. I should have asked her to write an article on the subject.
My team is also very supportive. We share the time so that everyone can enjoy their private life. I have full confidence in them to be independent and manage projects. Thus, when I cut myself off from work to devote myself to my son, I am totally serene.
I don't think there are any predefined rules in terms of time management. My advice is to take the time to find an organization that fully suits you. Don't try to do like the others because it's fashionable. Not everyone can get up at dawn in Miracle Morning mode. And it's very good like that.
We all have our constraints and our needs, listen to you!
Trust those around you. Feel free to delegate and get help. Time is priceless and it will save you a lot.
In addition, those who are at your side are good advice. We are not born with the knowledge to be a perfect father and an ideal entrepreneur. Accept to learn from others.
Not everything will always go as planned. You will have decided to follow a certain rhythm and then finally you will have constant program changes. Life is in perpetual motion, the unexpected is daily and surprises are hidden everywhere. So, do not feel guilty if everything is not always in order.
For a disorganized person, I still have so much to tell you about time management. I will have to write you another article on the subject.
And you, what are your solutions and tips for managing your time well?
